Enjoy the ample comforts of this extraordinary villa with it’s 10acre of outdoor space. At the estate you may find 150 olive trees, pines and oaks, grapevine, pomegranate trees, as well as fig, orange, mandarin and lemon trees, make the estate a green & rejuvenating environment. Dip your toes in the crystal clear waters of the 40m2 private swimming pool and relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds or one of the lounge and coffee areas. In the afternoon gather your family and friends at the unique outdoor dining and BBQ area (charcoal) where you can enjoy culinary gatherings, try delicious local foods and drinks and spend endless warm evenings admiring the breathtaking sunsets over the Ionian Sea. For your convenience there is also a private spacious parking at the property for up to 4 cars.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts two living room & kitchens, four bedrooms & four bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds, as well as two extra guests can be accommodated at the two available sofa beds of the living rooms on the first floor and ground floor. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.

The spacious living room, complete with a 55’’ Smart TV, seamlessly connects to the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. This area provides direct access to the inviting pool terrace, and an additional guest can be comfortably accommodated on the living room sofa. Three elegantly appointed double bedrooms, each featuring a King Size Bed (1.80x.200), accompany three well-appointed bathrooms. The ground floor conveniently opens up to the pool and outdoor area.

There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for up to four cars. The property is well-equipped with: 2 x Fridge with freezer, 2x Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, 2 x Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
